When your Internet stops working, goes down or "won't display page"  try the following:

We would like for you to preform the following steps prior to calling us.  We have found in the past that most problems involving loss of internet service can be resolved by doing a few simple steps. 

1.  Turn off all equipment.   (antenna power source, router, computer)

2. Plug in / turn on the power source to the Motorola Service Module (antenna) outside. 

    Wait 2 minutes.

3. Plug in / turn on the power to your router/hub/switch.

    Wait 2 minutes.

4.  Plug in / turn on your computer.  Wait for your computer to load up completely, try the

     internet.

Still not working...  Call Us.

 

Internet seems slow ?  

You can try the above steps,  still slow ?    Then try these below:

Have you emptied your Tempory Internet Files ?  

Defrag your computer ?  

Scanned your computer with your anti-virus software ?  

Scanned your computer with Ad-Aware and SpyBots software?
